This collar does not apply direct pressure to the trachea, so you can train a dog with little or no tugging, jerking, or pulling. The addition of a center plate connector allows the middle link to be configured symmetrically, enabling the prongs to tighten in the same direction. Made of a high-quality copper-tin alloy and rust-resistant additives, the size of this collar can be adjusted by adding or removing the links individually. Equipped with centerplate and assembly chain, it is a classic option for dog training.

To determine size: Measure around the largest part of your dog's neck and then add 2 inches. Customize the size by adding or removing links. Collar should fit snugly just below the ears. Additional links available here.

• 2.25 mm will accommodate a 16" neck size.
  
• 3.2 mm will accommodate a 23" neck size.

Care Instructions

Wipe down with a clean, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use mild soap, water, and a soft-bristled brush. After cleaning, dry with a clean cloth. Regular use may give the collar an antique look, which can be restored with Herm Sprenger's Diamond Paste.
