PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Thank you for supporting a small business by choosing Sierra Canine Supply! We're a two person + one dog operation and we do our best to send out orders as quickly as possibly to get your product out the door and in your hands. Producing high quality items is our number one priority and processing times are subject to change at any time on made to order products.
Processing time refers to the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Processing times do not include transit time.
Due to ongoing supply shortages and delayed shipments, our current production time for made to order items is 2-4 weeks. All carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx continue to have slower transit times due to increased volume and lower staffing.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders for in stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sierra Canine Supply ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). For most orders, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order here by submitting your order number, email, or phone number.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sierra Canine Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Sierra Canine Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
