I want to start off with how great the customer service is. I have several products from their business and yet to be disappointed. Quality control is important in my profession and they exceed those standards with their products. I ordered a traffic lead, custom color and hardware and it turned out fantastic. This is a company who stands behind their products, puts the customer first, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to dog training equipment.
