CPAD-011 Ultra Wing Contact Pad

The Ultra Wing Contact Pad has been designed with 2 wings that feature a more aggressive design to effectively reach the skin on dogs with long, thick, and dense fur. This product is specifically developed for dogs with double coated fur and is not suitable for those with single coated hair. Best if used by breeds with hair similar to: Akita, German Shepherd Dog, Husky, Labrador Retriever, Chow Chow, Samoyed, Bernese Mountain Dog, etc.

Compatible with: ET-300, FT-330, ET-400, ET-800, UL-1200, EZ-900, PE-900, FE-580, RX-090, RX-120, RX-150, as well as 300TS and 400TS models.

Disclaimer: The collar should be adjusted to allow the contact points to have direct contact with the skin. You should be able to fit a couple of fingers between the collar strap and your dog. Too tight poses the risk of skin irritation and discomfort. Too loose and the contact points will not be able to administer the stimulation reliably. The collar strap should be tight enough that the collar does not rotate causing chaffing on the dog’s neck. The optimal position for the collar receiver is on either side of the neck just below the ears, not on the dog’s windpipe. To prevent skin irritation, the collar receiver should not be worn for more than 12 hours per day. Additionally, it is recommended to remove the e-collar after your dog has been in water to allow the neck sufficient time to dry. Should your dog experience skin irritation from over exposure to the contact points remove the collar receiver unit immediately and stop using your e-collar until all skin irritation is completely healed. Antibiotic ointment will aid in the healing process.
